For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, items that come into direct contact with the body cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked once purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, lingerie bottoms, panties, bodysuits with snap closures, hosiery, adhesives, and intimate novelty items.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within [e.g., 48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with photographic proof. We will gladly review the issue and issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.
